WFPC Ministry Event Facility Request

1. It is important to remember that YOU are responsible for the area you are reserving. This includes setting up any tables/chairs that you need and returning the room to its original configuration. Be sure you have enough help from start to finish!
2. Check the church calendar for available dates for your event with our Pastors’ Assistant (secretary@wakeforestpres.org or 919-556-7777). You CANNOT put an item on the church calendar without approval. Please get this paperwork in 50 days before your event.
3. Before any advertising for your event, the date and location for your event must be approved by the Facilities Elder.
4. Fill out the WFPC Ministry Facility Request Form and any additional forms as required. These will be sent to the Facilities Elder and appropriate Ministry Leaders for approval. You will receive confirmation back.
5. Once your event is approved and added to the calendar, send out communication through Leaflets, the website, and the bulletin (secretary@wakeforestpres.org).
6. If you require use of the kitchen or audio/visual equipment, a Point Person will be assigned to your event. They will get in touch with you to discuss your needs.
7. If you need a key to open and re-secure the building and/or rooms, please plan to come check out a key the business day prior to your event between 9 AM and 4 PM. Keys are due back the first business day after your event. For ongoing events/meetings, a key will be issued to your group for the duration of your sessions.
