I hereby acknowledge that by signing this application, I warrant, declare, and represent that I have read and understood all of the requirements and conditions of this scholarship, and I further pledge and covenant that if I am chosen as a recipient of this scholarship I will adhere to and comply with the conditions of the scholarship, including the requirement that the generosity portion ($500) be used for the purpose of awarding that portion to a person(s) or group as required by the scholarship. I further acknowledge that not only is this a requirement of the scholarship, it is also a duty borne of Christian stewardship as a way to gratefully acknowledge all of God's blessings and bounty.
