As a church family, we are honored to share in the Sacrament of Baptism with you! Please read through the following information and fill out the form. We will get back to you to schedule your baptism during worship.
• At least one parent must be a member of Wake Forest Presbyterian Church for babies or children being baptized. Youth and adults will be baptized before joining (if necessary). Please provide a number of attendees that will join you the morning of the baptism so we can prepare enough seating.
• To assist you on the morning of your child’s baptism, the Deacon of the Week will meet you 15 minutes prior to the start of the worship service. Please meet the deacon at 9:45 in the narthex/lobby.
• As we desire that worship be reverent, there will be no flash photography. Time and space are available after the service for pictures. Videotaping is allowed.
• If your child, siblings or guests children become restless before, during or following the baptism and you need to leave the sanctuary, you can still hear the service in the narthex, as well as in the sitting area located at the back of the administrative office.
